Relay

Relay is a real-time telemetry and control platform for connected machines, built around ESP32 controllers, MQTT messaging, and a centralized web dashboard. It ingests heartbeats, pulse events, inhibit states, OTA activity, and controller logs, then surfaces that data in a polished operator interface for monitoring, analytics, and remote control. I designed it to bridge physical hardware and software observability in a way that feels production-oriented, extensible, and operationally useful.
