Cross-Platform VOIP Phone System

Built a custom virtual call center that makes it easy for teams to take and make calls over VoIP. The system shows who’s online, tracks active calls, and lets admins quietly monitor conversations when needed. It handles everything from call routing and conference calls to peer-to-peer connections and internal call history. The desktop app runs on Windows, Mac, and Linux, built with Electron and TypeScript, with real-time communication powered by Phoenix and Elixir on the backend. Custom virtual call center.
