Open-source support for app makers and small teams. SupaKnock brings website chat, moderated feedback boards, forms, and a shared admin inbox into one self-hosted workspace. Teams can reply to customers, review ideas before publication, collect votes, and track requests through to shipping. Optional AI answers from approved knowledge with a clear handoff to a person, while read-only app connections add customer context. Built with a versioned API, durable signed webhooks, SQLite or PostgreSQL/Supabase storage, and an upcoming native iPhone companion. MIT licensed.
